    I read recently that a lot of people don’t get enough of the stuff in their diets and it can make anxiety worse. I am wondering if taking a supplement could therefore lessen the severity of anxiety for people. Does anyone know?

    This helped my sister. She never had severe anxiety though. I think for mild cases it is enough but for many others, you will not see any results without taking other things to help ease the anxiety.
