I am worried that I worry too much and that this will result in me getting sick. I already have issues with my lower back. I pulled it back in 2017 and it hasn’t been the same since. It would bother me every few months and now it is an almost daily basis. I am struggling to stay asleep at night because the pain wakes me up. Anyways, I am worried that all this worrying is leading me down a path of bad health.

You can in fact cause your body harm by prolonged stress. This is often tied in with issues like gastrointestinal problems, headaches, heart disease, and even Alzheimer’s disease. I read a lot of studies and always ask doctors questions because I worry… Which kind of makes things worse. The irony.
