I have never been able to stick to an exercise. I tend to get bored easily. I am trying to find something I enjoy though. I read into this and a lot of studies say regular exercise is as strong, if not stronger than a lot of anxiety medication out there. It makes me wonder if a lot of people get anxiety and other issues due to living a sedentary life.
I wish I could stick with something but I struggle like you. I have packed on the weight over the years as well which is not good. My friend said that I need to focus on just being more active, not exercising. So I am working on finding a hobby that involved me moving around.
