No matter which way I lay in bed, I get woken up every night because my leg, foot, arm, or hand goes numb on me. It has really been costing me to lose a lot of sleep and it is very annoying for me. Prior to having anxiety, I didn’t have this issue. Could this be caused by anxiety somehow?
I am no doctor so I can’t really tell you what is going on here but I have a feeling you have a back issue. Maybe bad posture? And this is being made worse by your anxiety if you tense up. I would see someone who specializes in nerves and the spine/back.
